Membership Levels

We offer three distinct levels of membership, the details of which are outlined below. Membership Level 1 - Individual

Our first level of membership deals with a broad spectrum of individuals whose busy schedules benefit from being able to leave all travel arrangements to trusted experts while they focus on their day to day activities. A unique login is provided to allow access to our members section where clients, or their PA's, can review their previous bookings, print invoices or reprint confirmations/boarding passes for upcoming bookings and access a live chat facility as well as a host of other features.

Membership Level 2 - SME

Our second level of membership deals with small to medium enterprises whose active staff/members total no more than 100. This membership allows access for one administrator who would have access to reporting and analytical systems to monitor the expenditure of all their staff/members. As well as the administrator login each staff/member will be given a personal login giving them access to all the facilities available through our Individual membership.

Membership Level 3 - Plus

Our third level of membership deals with larger enterprises whose active staff/members total 100+. This membership allows access for an unlimited amount of administrators who would have access to advanced reporting and analytical systems to monitor their past expenditure and future projections as well as the ability to monitor the booking rates of their clients review their feedback via logged surveys. As well as the administrator logins each member will be given a personal login giving them access to all the facilities available through our Individual membership.
